Submit an Abstract

Presentation Categories:

There will be two abstract presentation sessions and authors are welcome to submit abstracts for either of these sessions. You will be asked to indicate which session your abstract fits into during the submission process.

The Lightning Abstract Session is designed for the presentation of new research findings, whether arising from a completed or ongoing research project or clinical trial. This session provides investigators with the opportunity to share fresh data, key results, or emerging insights with the CRN community. Abstracts submitted to this stream should focus on the generation of new knowledge—highlighting study outcomes, methodological innovations, or clinically relevant discoveries—and will be delivered in a concise, fast paced presentation format.

The Project Pitch Session invites abstracts describing a proposed, planned, or already approved study protocol. This session aims to support investigators who are in the design or early implementation phases of a project and are seeking broader engagement. Presenters will “pitch” their protocol to the audience with the goal of either recruiting additional study sites or receiving constructive feedback and advice on their trial or project design. This session encourages collaboration, peer input, and cross network support to strengthen research efforts across the CRN.
