Registration

Registration is open to members and non-member of ASID. Members are offered discount rates and part of their membership. Members will also have access to recoding's of the sessions in the member portal post event. If you are not a member and would like to become one to take advantage of the special discounts, please visit the membership page of the ASID website.

Registration Inclusions

Full Member and non-member registrations:

  • Access to all sessions on Friday and Saturday
  • Catering each day - tea, coffee, lunch and refreshments
  • Networking drinks on Friday evening

Please note Early Bird Registration Deadline is 4 July 2025.

*All rates are displayed in AUD Australian Dollars

Registrations made after 15 July 2025 will incur a late booking fee. Any cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund.

Day Registrations

Day registrations are available for both Friday and Saturday. Day registrations include sessions and catering on the day of registration.

Group Registrations

For groups over 10 registrations we are able to offer a 10% discount on the registration fee. All registrations must be in the same category. Please contact the Secretariat for details on how to register a group, events@asid.net.au.

Associate
Applies to medical practitioners, scientists and healthcare professionals based in Australia or overseas, who are not otherwise considered eligible for full membership or medical graduates undergoing advanced training in Infectious Diseases or Microbiology or other individuals with a keen interest in infectious diseases medicine. Associate members do not have voting rights.

Full Member

Applies to medical practitioners, scientists and healthcare professionals based in Australia or overseas, who have received appropriate post-graduate training and qualifications in infectious diseases medicine, microbiology or related fields, having regard to his/her contributions to the field of infectious diseases as represented by publications or as described by nominators, to further the aims of the Society. Full members have voting rights.
