Program

On behalf of the Australasian Society for Infectious Diseases (ASID), the Steering Committee would like to invite you to be part of this special inaugural event hosted by ASID and supported by our special interest groups. 

By coming together as a whole representing our different disciplines and interests, we are able to develop an exciting program focused on being pandemic prepared and reviewing the current developments in respiratory diseases and how we are going to manage the changing disease environment.

Sessions will be held on the following topics:

• One Health
• High risk human patient – therapeutics and prevention
• RSV and emerging vaccine strategies
• Public Health and communication
• Avian Influenza Vaccines
• Viral emergence, evolution and diagnosis
